Abigail Rose aims to deliver your order within 5 days to you! If however you are in a rush for your order, maybe you would like it in time for a birthday, please do let me know and I can put a priority delivery on your order!

If for any reason I cannot send your jewellery within 5 working days, I will contact you immediately to let you know the expected waiting time. (Please note this is an extremely rare situation, so rare that is has never happened!!).

I use PayPal's Secure Payment Cart, you do not have to hold an account as debit and credit card payments can also be made.
I also accept cheques and postal orders through the post,with a valid Cheque Guarantee Card. Please use Contact Form for details of this service.

U.K. Orders with a value up to £25.00 are normally sent by first class recorded mail , which includes compensation up to £32.00 for loss or damage in transit. Orders with a value over £25.00 are sent by Special Delivery, which includes insurance up to £500 and next day delivery.

Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 10 days of receipt for replacement. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item (except custom-made) for any reason within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs will have to be borne by the customer except in the case of faulty goods. We also reserve the right to deduct 25p from the refund to cover the fee we have to pay to PayPal for the transaction.
Under no circumstances can earrings be returned unless faulty, due to hygiene regulations.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely, especially for items in gift boxes which could be crushed if not protected. If we receive a item for return which has been damaged due to poor packaging (this includes the gift box), an amount will be deducted from the refund to cover the damage.

How To Order
Online Orders - We use PayPal to process all card transactions online. That way you benefit from their expertise and security in online transactions and it means that we never see your card details. By E-mail - Send us an e-mail at: kirstie@abigailrose.net with details of the products you require. We will then send you a payment request via e-mail using PayPal as the card processor. By Mail Order - Let us know the products you want and post us a cheque. We will fulfill the order once payment has cleared. Simply email me for postage details.

Payment options
Payment can be made via Paypal through the check out. Personal cheque is also acceptable if you prefer, please email me for details. Please allow five working days for cheque payment to clear before items are delivered.
